Refund Policy.

Monthly memberships

Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months, but you retain full access until the period ends.

Yearly memberships

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your first yearly payment. If you're not satisfied, email hello@farshadshafian.com within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, the yearly membership is non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future renewal.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@farshadshafian.com from your registered address
• Include your order ID or the email used at signup
• We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations, credential sharing, or content redistribution.
